Print products

What is the minimum order quantity for printed products?

  • Printed products from stock
    The minimum order for printed products from stock – for use as a subscription or membership incentive for example – is 20 copies.
  • Branded printed products
    The minimum order for branded printed products – including the front cover and printing – is 3,000 copies, with significant discounts on orders over 5,000.
  • Fully customised printed products
    The minimum order for fully customised printed products is 5,000 copies, although this number depends on the extent of the customisation required. The larger the number of copies that editorial and design work can be spread across, the lower the unit price per copy.

What is the lead time from ordering printed products?

  • Printed products from stock – 10 working days from order to delivery
  • Black and white paperback reprints – 4-6 weeks from order to delivery
  • Illustrated or full colour printed products – 8-12 weeks from order to delivery

These lead times are estimates for guidance only and do not include time required for any design or editorial changes. Can I choose content from any printed product I want?

Yes, pending author and agent approval.

What does a quoted price for a printed product include?

  • Manufacturing and printing costs

I have a limited budget – how can I get the most for my money from printed products?

We want you to use our printed products for your promotion and will work together to ensure that you get the best possible solution for your budget.A few budget-friendly hints to consider for your promotion are listed below:

  • The fewer pages a printed product has, the cheaper it is to produce
  • Black and white products are generally much cheaper than full colour printed products
  • Adapting the content or format of an existing printed product can make it cheaper to print – this includes extracting selected selections of content, reducing it in size, printing it on different paper, changing the finish on the cover or changing the board that the cover is printed on
